Makeover Flats – More Than Decent Programme
The intention of the More Than Decent Programme is to concentrate on the quality of work and the quality of materials used to produce outstanding and desirable flats, which are let on first viewing and have minimal ongoing maintenance.
Over the past two years we have completed over 50 flats, where we have upgraded or replaced the following items:
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Lighting
- Heating
- Storage space
- And carried out any necessary repair works
Women’s Pioneer Housing have been working in close partnership with J & J Design System Specialists Limited to design and manage all aspects of the work from inception to completion.
This has been the first time Women’s Pioneer have undertaken such a large reinvestment in its own stock rather than expanding the number of units and it is our intention to continue with this programme for the foreseeable future.
