Resident’s panel

Our Resident Engagement and Scrutiny Panel (RESP) helps hold us to account, looking at our performance and identifying where we can improve. This group of residents meets monthly to discuss how we are doing.

Part of their work involves running ‘task and finish groups’ which focus on a specific area of our services for a short time. Residents from across WPH are invited to join these groups, which are chaired by RESP members.

By engaging with a range of residents and gathering their views, the groups can pinpoint where changes should be made so we can provide a better service. Residents and staff then work together to make recommendations to our board.

Our scrutiny panel has previously produced reports about our complaints process, service charges and communications.
