Common Parts Clearances
In light of the recent and tragic fire in Camberwell, we are operating a zero tolerance policy towards items stored in the common parts of our properties (hallways, corridors and stairwells) such as bicycles and pushchairs, as this breaches The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
Offending items have already been removed from several of our properties and are being held at our Head Office. We strongly advise our tenants not to store items in the common parts, both in the interests of personal safety and to avoid incurring removal charges.
