To report a non-urgent repair,  please click on the button below and fill in our online report a repair form. We aim to respond to your enquiry within 3 working days.

For our out of hours service call our number on 0208 749 7112and you will be redirected to ORBIS, who will take the details of the repair required and call the relevant contractor.

Repairs that are tenants’ responsibility

Our leaseholders are responsible for any repairs inside their flats, but we maintain the structure and exterior of the building, shared areas and common supplies of gas, water, electricity and plumbing.
